Like most people, I occasionally have negative moods. I’m grateful that it hasn’t been a serious problem for me over the course of my life, but now and then I just have those off days, so I thought it could be useful to keep track of when it happens and maybe make a note of what caused it.
I’ve seen so many other people who track their moods and other aspects of their lives, so I’m excited to start my own bullet journal mood tracker.
