How do I access my stickers?
After your payment is confirmed, sign in with the email you used at checkout to open the sticker library. Please allow a few minutes for a new payment to appear.
What file types are included?
Each pack lists its download format. Goodnotes collection files are for importing into Goodnotes. Check the format before downloading for another app.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel future renewals from your membership page. Library access continues until the end of the time you have already paid for.
What if a payment fails?
A failed payment does not extend library access. You can request a secure card-update link from your membership page. Updating your card alone does not complete a payment.
Is this the library included with my journal?
All stickers appear in one sticker library. Free packs are available to everyone. Your planner password unlocks included packs; an active membership unlocks both included and members-only packs.
Digital downloads only. A compatible app and device are required and are not included.
