Digital planners, notebooks, stickers, and printables are electronic files. No physical item is shipped for a digital purchase.

Files are supplied electronically after payment is confirmed. Follow the download instructions associated with your order and check your checkout email, including spam or junk. See Delivery & Download Info.

Check the individual listing for supported apps and file types. PDF planners may require a compatible PDF annotation app and a stylus for handwriting. Apps, subscriptions, tablets, and styluses are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

Extract ZIP files first. Import PDFs into a compatible app and follow that app’s instructions for importing PNG stickers or sticker books.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital purchases. Defective files or duplicate purchases may be refunded after review. Email wellelladotcom@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and details. Allow up to one week for a response and one week after approval for refund processing. The paid recurring subscription costs $5.00 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Cancel through your membership account. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for. If you cannot access cancellation controls, email us. See Subscription & Cancellation.
