Delivery & Download Info

Digital delivery only

Our digital planners, notebooks, stickers, and printables are electronic files. No physical product is shipped and there are no shipping charges for digital downloads.

Receiving your files

Downloads are supplied electronically after payment is confirmed. Follow the download instructions associated with your order and check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam or junk folder. Keep your order confirmation so we can locate your purchase if you need help.

Apps and compatibility

Review the individual listing for supported apps, included file types, and device requirements before purchasing. PDF planners may require a compatible PDF annotation app; app subscriptions, tablets, and styluses are not included unless expressly stated. ZIP files must be extracted before the enclosed files can be used. Import PDFs into a supported app and follow that app’s instructions for adding PNG stickers or sticker books.

Missing downloads or file problems

If your download is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or incorrect, email wellelladotcom@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email, and a description of the problem. Please allow up to one week for a response.

Refund requests

Digital purchases are not refundable for change of mind. Defective files or duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund after review. Submit requests within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within one week of approval; your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. See Return and Refund Info.
