my weekly page

my weekly page

At the beginning of each week, I like to spend a few quiet minutes looking at what’s ahead.

I start with the week that just ended. I think about what felt easy, what felt too full, and which unfinished things are still worth carrying with me. It helps me notice when I’ve been trying to fit too much into my days.

Then I add the things that are already fixed—appointments, plans, deadlines—and choose three priorities for the week. Just three feels like enough to give the week some direction without making everything else feel like a failure.

For each day, I keep things simple: a few tasks, a place for notes, and sometimes a small detail I want to remember. Something we ate, somewhere I went, a funny thing someone said.

I try to leave some of the page empty, too.

Plans change. Energy changes. Some days need more room than others.

At the end of the week, I look back for a minute before starting again. Not to judge how productive I was, but just to notice what worked and what I want to carry into the next week.
