Fitness Bullet Journal Page Ideas

I made these journal pages to plan and record the activities I wanted to do. Here's how I arranged the goals, activity log, and reference list.

The pages below include:

  • Fitness Goals Page
    • What's my WHY
    • What ARE my goals
    • Rewards!
  • Activity Tracker Bujo Spread
    • A page to track my exercise during one month using different colors
  • Fitness YouTube channels
    • If you use YouTube as your home gym as I often do, it's a good idea to write down the channels you like when you find a good one! That way, if you have a long lapse in your exercise days you won't forget which channels were helpful to you.

Fitness Goals Bullet Journal Spread

Fitness goals-themed bullet journal spread with sections on "why do I exercise?" and "My fitness goals."

I began by writing why I wanted to make time for exercise. It gave me a reference for the choices I was planning.

I made the goals specific enough to understand and review, using the SMART framework: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. I also added a few small rewards I would enjoy.

I sketched the layouts with my Zebra M-301 mechanical pencil before adding ink and color. I'd used it for years and liked the solid feel.

For writing, I used a Z-Grip retractable ballpoint pen. Its barrel and grip felt comfortable to me.

Activity Tracker BUJO Spread

The monthly activity page records the type of activity and the minutes I spent on it.

I used Zebra Mildliner double-ended highlighters to give the activity categories different colors. The broad tips suited the tracker rows.

Fitness YouTube Channel Bullet Journal Design

Bullet journal spread focusing on fitness YouTube channels by exercise

I also listed the YouTube exercise channels I liked, grouped by activity type. I used the same colors as the tracker so the categories matched.

With the plans written down, I could check what I'd intended and record what I actually did.

Adapt the layout to activities and goals that suit you. For another kind of journal setup, browse my student page ideas.
