how i plan my month
Share
At the beginning of each month, I like to spend a little time putting everything back in order.
I start by looking at the month that just ended. I move over the unfinished things that still matter and quietly let go of the ones that don’t. Then I add the dates that are already decided—appointments, birthdays, deadlines, plans.
After that, I choose just a few things I want the month to hold. Nothing too ambitious. I break them into small steps and spread them gently across the weeks instead of trying to do everything at once.
I also try not to fill every blank space.
A good monthly plan should leave room for slow afternoons, unexpected errands, tired days, and plans that change. Once a week, I look at everything again and adjust.
The goal isn’t to make the month perfectly organized. It’s just to make it feel a little easier to live inside.
